I miss you grandma

When you have a funeral ahead, what you wear seems less important than ever. But we dress up for our loved ones who passed, because if it were me that’s what I would want. The important thing is that you feel comfortable and as good as you can, and as long as you look decent that’s all you need to think about when it comes to clothing.

It’s my grandmas funeral today and I know she is better off after many rough years with Alzheimer’s disease. I miss the person she was before and I try to remember her that way. That’s who she really was, and if I knew her true self now as an adult I am sure we would have a really good time together. This thought always makes me smile, I love you grandma!

Thanks for reading!
