Today I thought I’d share something different; my favorite salad. I absolutely love this salad filled only with things I love; cocktail tomatoes, kale, mini mozzarella, walnuts, dates and lemon olive oil. I like to soak the kale in the lemon olive oil and set that aside while I cut the tomatoes and the dates in half (you can of course cut the mozzarella and the walnuts to, but I prefer not to.) I usually eat the salad as it is but yesterday I had some bread on the side (garlic, but it’s not the best combo with this salad, so next time I will go for a classic baguette.)
Try it out, it’s amazing! (if you want you can add apples as well.)
For today’s outfit I’m wearing my white over sized shirt from Gina Tricot (with rolled up sleeves for a interesting detail) which I paired up with my black lace trim shorts from Noisy May. I added a choker (how unusual..) and pearl earrings. I added my black patent leather pumps from H&M and to top it off I went for red lips today.
